1. Who we are

Stone Sphere Studio is a sole proprietorship registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration Certificate No. 57837012-000-07-26-8). Contact us at sales@stonesphere.studio.

2. Use of this site

You may browse this site for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
use automated tools, scrapers or bots to harvest content without our written permission;
probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
misrepresent your identity, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights.

Access is gated by password. Credentials are issued per visitor and are personal; please do not share or publish them.

3. Content and intellectual property

The site design, text, code, wordmarks and visual assets are owned by or licensed to Stone Sphere Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Fonts are used under their own licences (Clash Grotesk and Satoshi — free for commercial use).

You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. You may not reproduce whole pages, the logo, or the visual design commercially or as part of a product without written permission. Third-party names and marks shown belong to their owners.

4. Content we publish

The material here is general information about how we work. It is not legal, financial, regulatory or technical advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Service descriptions are illustrative and do not constitute an offer, a fixed price, or a commitment to availability or outcome.

5. Enquiries and the contact form

The contact form opens an email in your own mail client. An enquiry is an invitation to talk, not a contract — nothing on this site creates a client relationship until we both sign a written agreement. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive material through the form.

6. Availability and external links

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. Where we link to third-party sites, we do not control or endorse them and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Stone Sphere Studio and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or damage arising from your use of this site or its unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of this site or breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
